हॉरर पॉडकास्ट का उपयोग करते समय सामान्य मानदंड जिनका पालन किया जाना चाहिए :

प्रतिलिपि पर किसी भी यूज़र द्वारा जो भी प्रकाशित किया जाए, विवरण, विचार, रचनाएँ, समीक्षाएँ, सन्देश, प्रोफाइल की जानकारी जैसे यूज़र का नाम, परिचय, तस्वीरें, रचनाओं में उपयोग की गई तस्वीरें आदि निम्नलिखित मानकों के अनुसार होनी चाहिए :

मानक :

१. शब्दों का चयन व व्यवहार किसी भी व्यक्ति के प्रति असम्मानजनक नहीं होना चाहिए। किसी भी प्रकार का निजी आक्रमण या दुर्व्यवहार सहन नहीं किया जाएगा।

२. कोई हेट स्पीच नहीं। व्यक्तियों के प्रति उनके लिंग, सेक्सुअल ओरिएंटेशन या यौन अभिविन्यास/लैंगिक अभिविन्यास, रंग, वर्ग, जाति, धर्म, राष्ट्रीयता, उम्र, विकलांगता, बीमारी, आदि के आधार पर हिंसा या द्वेष को बढ़ावा देना या समर्थन करना हेट स्पीच है।

३. निजता का हनन - वापरकर्ता को किसी भी अन्य व्यक्ति की जानकारी उसकी अनुमति/सहमति के बिना प्रकाशित नहीं करनी चाहिए।

४. कॉपीराइट उल्लंघन - वापरकर्ता जो भी प्रकाशित करे, वह उसकी अपनी रचना होनी चाहिए। किसी और व्यक्ति की रचना प्रकाशित नहीं की जा सकती।

५. अश्लील (Porn) रचनाएँ प्रकाशित नहीं की जा सकती।

६. वापरकर्ता को ऐसा कुछ भी प्रकाशित नहीं करना चाहिए जो गैर कानूनी हो।

vii. स्पैमिंग नहीं होनी चाहिए - विज्ञापन, बैक लिंक्स, आदि स्पैम की श्रेणी में आते हैं।

viii. ऑटोमेटेड प्रोग्राम्स या स्क्रिप्ट्स के द्वारा लिए गए किसी भी तरह के एक्शन की अनुमति नहीं है।

ix. पाठक संख्या बढ़ाने के लिए धन का उपयोग करना वर्जित है।

x. फेक अकाउंट, फ्रॉड, धोखाधड़ी, आदि वर्जित है।

उपरोक्त मानकों का पालन न करने पर निम्नलिखित परिणाम हो सकते हैं :

i. पाठकों तक आपकी रचनाओं की पहुंच घट जाएगी।

ii. वापरकर्ता को संभवतः सस्पेंड या स्थाई रूप से ब्लॉक कर दिया जाए।

iii. अन्य वापरकर्ता आपके विरुद्ध कानूनी कार्यवाही कर सकते हैं।

मानकों का हनन किया गया है या नहीं, इस विषय में प्रतिलिपि का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।

कॉपीराइट नीति

i. हॉरर पॉडकास्ट पर अपनी रचना प्रकाशित करने वाला हर लेखक उस रचना का कॉपीराइट नियम के अनुसार मालिक बन जाता है। कॉपीराइट ओनर के पास उस रचना को लेकर एक्सक्लूसिव अधिकार होते हैं और अन्य व्यक्ति बिना अनुमति के किसी भी प्रकार से उनका प्रयोग नहीं कर सकते।

ii. लेखक केवल अपनी स्वरचित रचनाएँ ही हॉरर पॉडकास्ट पर प्रकाशित करने हेतु भेज सकते हैं। यदि वे किसी और की रचना को अपने नाम से प्रकाशित करते हैं, तो हॉरर पॉडकास्ट के पास उनके खाते को सस्पेंड करने का अधिकार है। लीगल एक्शन भी लिया जा सकता है।

iii. हॉरर पॉडकास्ट पर प्रकाशित रचनाओं का कॉपीराइट लेखक के पास ही सुरक्षित रहता है। हॉरर पॉडकास्ट उनपर कॉपीराइट का दावा नहीं करती। हॉरर पॉडकास्ट इस युटुब चैनल पर लेखक की अनुमति के बिना कोई रचना उपयोग में नहीं ली जाएगी।

iv. वापरकर्ता को हॉरर पॉडकास्ट पर प्रकाशित किसी भी रचना को कॉपी या चुराने की कोशिश नहीं करनी चाहिए, अन्यथा यह कॉपीराइट कानून का उल्लंघन होगा।

यूज़र्स को रिपोर्ट करें

यदि आप किसी वापरकर्ता को असभ्य भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुए, पोर्न लिंक अथवा हेट स्पीच को बढ़ावा देते हुए, कॉपीराइट कानून का उल्लंघन करते हुए पाते हैं, तो कृपया हमसे संपर्क करें। रिपोर्ट किए जाने के 72 घंटों के भीतर हमारी टीम उस वापरकर्ता को ब्लॉक कर देगी।
